Just 500 metres from Lake Constance, Haus Emil awaits you—a spacious semi-detached home with plenty of natural light, modern architecture, and an open-concept layout.

Spanning 110 m² over two floors, you’ll enjoy the feel of a real home here rather than a typical holiday rental. The centrepiece is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The high-quality kitchen with a cooking island is superbly equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together, enjoying breakfast, or spending long evenings with a glass of wine.

Large windows let plenty of natural light flood into the rooms, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere with views of the greenery. The balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, invites you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You’ll be staying very close to the lake, though without a direct lake view—instead, you’ll enjoy a relaxing location on the edge of the forest.

Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer you and your travel companions a pleasant place to retreat. The modern bathroom and an additional guest bathroom ensure comfort and privacy. A washing machine is also available—ideal for longer stays.

Haus Emil is particularly well-suited for active families who enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, and exploring cities. The perfect day: Experience Lake Constance in all its diversity during the day and enjoy the tranquility at the edge of the forest in the evening, or visit one of the restaurants and wine bars in Meersburg.

You can conveniently store your bikes in the garage or under the carport. A parking space is available right next to the house. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

Lake Constance is just a five-minute walk away—perfect for spontaneous dips, morning walks by the water, or relaxing holiday days at the lake.

If you’re travelling with friends or another family: The neighbouring house, “Hilde,” is also available for rent (subject to availability).

Important note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
