With its modern furnishings, our holiday rental—in a perfect location—invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the special ambiance with high ceilings, large windows, and an open-concept living area. The morning sun invites you to enjoy breakfast on your private terrace.
You’ll enter the apartment comfortably through your separate front door via three steps and find, in addition to a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Designer chairs offer exceptional comfort at the table, and your modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and marble floor, as well as a convenient washer-dryer combo. In the bedroom, you’ll find plenty of space for your belongings in a spacious closet.

You can park your car in your designated parking spot on our property.

You’re also welcome to bring your bicycles. Our lockable bike garage also offers a free charging station for your e-bikes. Of course, you can also rent bicycles locally, right in our immediate vicinity.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people.

Important note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.

Take a short walk to the romantic old town of Meersburg, with its variety of restaurants, shopping options, and diverse attractions, such as Meersburg Castle, the oldest inhabited castle in Germany.

Simply leave your car in your designated parking spot on our property and enjoy the view of Lake Constance on your way into town.

You can reach the lakeshore in no time and enjoy the thermal baths, the beach area, or the free public swimming spots there. There, you can also discover various recreational activities, such as mini-golf, playgrounds, or pedal and motorboats. Along Meersburg’s long promenade, you can relax and unwind with an ice cream, a delicious meal, or a visit to one of the many wine bars.

From the large Meersburg harbour operated by the BSB, you can take passenger boat trips around Lake Constance—even as far as Austria and Switzerland.
The car and passenger ferry to Konstanz is also just a 10-minute walk away.

In Meersburg and the surrounding area, you’ll find many winemakers and wineries. Look forward to the wide variety of Lake Constance wines as well as regular wine tastings.

If you’d like to reach your destinations by bus, there are several bus stops just a few minutes’ walk from your accommodation.
