Ungepflegtes Objekt.

Die Wohnung war in einem schlechten Zustand, sehr schmutziger Herd, ungeputzte Fenster, kaputter Sonnenschirm, Holz der Terrassenmöbel sondern Harz ab, der unsere Garderobe untragbar gemacht hat, ein voller Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, schade, dass das Objekt nicht gepflegt wird.
