Completely and tastefully renovated in the spring of 2024, this vacation home invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Make yourself at home in a space that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
The vacation home features bright and welcoming rooms as well as a wide range of amenities across a total living area of approximately 180 m². Many of the pictures are original artwork created by the owner, lending the vacation home a unique atmosphere.
Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a Weber gas grill are available in the garden and on the covered terrace, which measures approximately 30 m². During harvest season, you’re welcome to enjoy our grapes and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, peppermint, and lemon balm.
The Nahetal vacation home consists of two adjoining living units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or your intended use. Regardless of whether you rent one or both living units. The vacation home is always used exclusively by you. You’ll have the place to yourselves—there are no other guests.
Traveling by car? Then you’ll appreciate the parking space reserved just for you. Unload and load your luggage at your leisure and park your vehicle here. The parking space is located nearby on our own property. Are you also bringing a scooter and need a covered parking spot? No problem. Everything is provided.
You’ll enjoy many personal furnishings that are very dear to us. Because we trust you, we don’t require a security deposit. We ask that you treat the property responsibly and with care.
Convenient access for guests
On the day of your arrival, you’ll be given the access code for the front door, which allows you to come and go easily at any time —whenever you wish during your stay.
You can access the living and sleeping areas, as well as the bathroom in Unit 2, through another door. You’ll also receive the access code for this door shortly before your arrival.
Check-in is available starting at 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; check-out is by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. If you have any specific requests regarding check-in or check-out, please contact us.
How to Find Us
By Car:
Coming from Federal Highway 41, take the Bad Sobernheim Mitte exit. After the town sign, turn left onto Breslauer Straße and, after about 200 m, turn right onto Berliner Straße. Keep to the left, and you’ll arrive after about 100 m.
By public transportation / train:
From the Bad Sobernheim train station, it’s just over one kilometer—or about a 15-minute walk—to our vacation home. Taxi service is available from the station.
By bike:
Enjoy the unique natural beauty along the fully signposted Nahe Bike Path. Bad Sobernheim is located directly on the Nahe Bike Path, which passes about 1.5 kilometers from the vacation home.

The Nahetal vacation home consists of two adjoining units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or your intended use. Whether you rent one or both units, You will always have exclusive use of the vacation home. You’ll have the place to yourselves—there are no other guests.
For bookings of up to 4 people, living unit 1, with approximately 130 m², is available. The first floor features a large open-concept living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest restroom, a hallway with a coat closet, and a home office are also located there. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with double and queen-size beds, a living area (with a pull-out couch), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub.
If there are four of you and you’d like to use the second bathroom upstairs, you can book additional unit 2.
For bookings of more than 4 people, living unit 2—with a total area of approximately 50 m²—offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor. The attic features an open-concept living/sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a pull-out couch, a small kitchenette with a dining area, and a workspace with a desk.
Are you staying longer or prefer not to travel with a lot of luggage? Feel free to use the modern washer and dryer in the basement, as well as a steam ironing station.
The vacation home is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies, which is why smoking and pets are unfortunately not permitted. Except for a flat fee for final cleaning, all amenities are included: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, gas grill, bicycles, and much more.

Children 3 years and older pay the full rate (must always be accompanied by 2 adults). Directly across from the house entrance is a lockable garden shed containing the property’s bicycles and other recreational, sports, and play equipment. Don’t want to go without your own bikes on vacation? No problem: there’s plenty of storage space available. Staying longer or don’t want to travel with a lot of luggage? Feel free to use the modern washer and dryer in the basement, as well as a steam ironing station. Have you booked? Wonderful. What else do you need to know? We trust our guests, which means neither a security deposit nor a down payment is required. Please transfer the booking/invoice amount no later than 14 days before arrival. Please transfer the payment to our account. For last-minute bookings, we ask that you transfer the total amount on the day of booking. Guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the start of the trip, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total trip price. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the trip, the guest will receive a refund of 10% of the total trip price.
