Fantastic villa just 300 metres from the beach with heated pool, whirlpool, table football, barbecue
There is a 29 m2 heated pool on the property. The large, furnished terrace with barbecue and the sun loungers by the pool invite you to linger. The 245 m2 living space of the villa is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor with access to the terrace with whirlpool, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of a bedroom, a separate WC, a cosy living room and a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area. From here you have access to the pool area and the terrace with barbecue. A small stone house on the same plot is available as an extra. This space is designed as a living room and is ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones. All 4 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The landlord will provide you with a boat free of charge and by arrangement you will receive a discount on water sports activities and jet ski hire at Novi Vinodolski beach (15.06. - 15.09.).
