The flats are located in a family house in the most beautiful part of Porec, just 300 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. There are shops and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor and there is a car park directly in front of the house. A total of 2 holiday flats are rented out in the house. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of the house and is furnished in a modern style. The holiday flat has a living space of 60 m2 and consists of a living area with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the courtyard of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning and wireless internet access are available and included in the price.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett.

Die Unterkunft ist mittig gelegen zwischen den 3 großen Hotels und der SportsHall, wo das MDTango Festival stattgefunden hat. Somit hatten wir relativ kurze Wege, die mit dem Fahrrad schnell gefahren waren. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist ungefähr 500 m zu Fuß. Auf dem Weg zum Strand kommt man an einem Fahrradverleih vorbei. Ein Rad kostet 16 Euro/Tag regulär, läßt sich aber runterhandeln wenn man mehrere Tage bucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und in einem schönen Haus mit Vorgarten. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor dem Haus ein kostenloser Parkplatz für Gäste.
