This stylish two-room apartment in the centre of Westerland offers the ideal retreat for two people. With about 40 m² of space and tall, light-filled rooms, the apartment exudes modern elegance. The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining area for three people, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom features a French double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another flat-screen TV. You can prepare your meals in the open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The small east-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. Guests can also use the wellness area in the neighbouring building—which includes a pool and sauna—free of charge. A parking space is also included with the apartment. This non-smoking apartment is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Pets are not allowed.

Die Lage, Stellplatz und Zugang zu Sauna und Schwimmbadbereich sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist auch baulich generell hochwertig. Wir kommen seit Jahren in diese Wohnung und mussten feststellen, dass ein paar Dinge der Erneuerung bedürfen.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen und alles sehr sauber. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bäcker und Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Haben diese Wohnung schon zweimal gebucht.
