Enjoy this exclusive ground-floor apartment in Westerland (approx. 97 m²), designed for 4 guests, which has been lovingly and tastefully furnished across two levels. The spacious living/dining area offers plenty of room to relax and is stylishly furnished with harmoniously coordinated furniture and fabrics. The sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) sleeps 2 additional guests. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180 x 200 cm), opens onto one of the two terraces, which face south and west. You can access the second terrace directly from the living room. Both terraces are furnished with beach chairs (April through October) and patio furniture. In addition to the large bathtub with shower and toilet, there is a separate sauna area with an additional bathroom. A guest bathroom provides added convenience. Amenities include a free parking space, a bike rack, and a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Pets are welcome. Fitness room with an exercise bike and treadmill (stationary bike).
