Es handelt sich um ein gepflegtes Haus, das über eine gute Tiefgarage verfügt und einen neueren Fahrstuhl aufweist.
Die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr zentral, ohne vom Lärm der Fussgängerzone betroffen zu sein. Der nahe gelegene Bahnhof ist in keiner Weise störend, allerdings kann man die Dachflächenfenster im Schlafraum nachts nicht geöffnet lassen, da permanent Taxen sehr schnell durch die Strasse an der Kirche fahren! Auch andere Fahrzeuge verkehren dort nachts.
