The name says it all: “Mein Ankerplatz 17” is a holiday home for two people who want to unwind while enjoying the view of the water. Every room and the private south-facing terrace offer a direct, unobstructed view of the sea.

This 43 m² half of the holiday home is located in the holiday village of Klein Stresow on Rügen’s south coast. A separate bedroom, a bright living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and a private garden provide the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway together on the Greifswald Bodden.

Ocean views from every room

The distinctive feature of “Ankerplatz 17” accompanies guests throughout the entire house: The unobstructed view of the water isn’t limited to the terrace—it’s visible from every room.

Whether you’re having breakfast, relaxing on the sofa, or waking up in the bedroom, the Bodden landscape is always present. Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the open, airy feel of the living spaces and let plenty of natural light into the rooms.

Breakfast with a view of the water

The south-facing terrace offers a particularly beautiful spot for the first meal of the day. Garden furniture is provided, so you can enjoy breakfast, a coffee break, or dinner outdoors.

From the terrace, you have a direct, unobstructed view of the water. The adjacent private garden provides additional open space around the half of the holiday home.

A retreat for couples

With a maximum occupancy of two people, “Mein Ankerplatz 17” is consistently designed for a romantic getaway for two. The compact living space ensures short distances and a private atmosphere.

Built in 2021, the house is ideal for couples as well as solo travellers who want to combine tranquility, a view of the water, and their own outdoor area.

Nordic-style living area

The interior design is modern with a Nordic flair. Furniture, artwork, and lamps have been carefully selected and harmoniously coordinated.

The living area features a sofa with an ottoman. Here, you can enjoy the view outside as well as a quiet evening watching TV. A flat-screen TV is included, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

There are four chairs at the dining table. This ensures there is plenty of space for meals and evenings together, even though the apartment is designed for two guests.

Open kitchen for two

The modern kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. High-quality appliances and a complete set of tableware make self-catering a breeze.

A dishwasher takes care of the cleanup after cooking. This leaves more time to enjoy the patio, the garden, and the surroundings of the Greifswald Bodden.

The separate bedroom features a box-springdouble bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres. Guests can also enjoy a direct view of the sea from this room.

A closet provides storage space for your holiday luggage. The bedroom also features its own flat-screen TV.

The bed is already made upon arrival. Towels are also provided for guests.

Bathroom with shower and toilet

This half of the holiday home includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This keeps the layout clear and tailored to the needs of two guests.

The separate bedroom ensures that the living area can be used independently.

About 600 metres to the natural beach

A natural beach is located about 600 metres from the holiday home and is within walking distance. A handcart is available for transporting towels, beach bags, and other items.

The Greifswald Bodden is right in front of you and near the holiday village. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides, as well as kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.

A holiday combining waterfront views and island excursions

“Mein Ankerplatz 17” is a peaceful starting point for exploring Rügen. After an outing, guests return to their own lakeview holiday home.

The evening can be spent on the south-facing terrace with an unobstructed view of the water or in the bright living area.

Laundry facilities in the main building

The washing machine and dryer are not located directly in the holiday home. Both machines are available for shared use in the main house and operate on a coin-operated basis.

Reserved Parking Space

A reserved, free parking space for guests’ vehicles is included with the accommodation.

Access to the holiday village is via an unpaved, natural road. Vehicles must travel at walking speed only.

Three shared electric vehicle charging stations

Three charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the holiday village. They are not assigned to a specific house but are shared among holidaymakers.

There is a charge for charging. The fee is based on the length of your stay. You must bring your own car charging cable.

Arriving by Train

If you’re arriving by train, a shuttle from the Putbus train station to the holiday village can be arranged for a small fee. This means “Ankerplatz 17” is accessible even without your own vehicle.

Café Klein Stresow with farm shop

At Café Klein Stresow, guests can enjoy hot and cold drinks, fresh rolls for a holiday breakfast, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, and speciality coffees. The adjoining farm stand also offers regional products.

Fireworks-Free New Year’s Eve with a View of the Sea

The holiday village celebrates the New Year without fireworks. Guests can thus spend New Year’s Eve in a quieter atmosphere with a view of the water.
