Cosy holiday rental with a balcony<br><br>A warm welcome to "Residenz Binz" on Rügen! Our “Hiddensee” holiday rental is comfortably and family-friendly furnished. With 51 m² of living space, you’ll find a warm and inviting atmosphere where up to four people can enjoy plenty of room for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>For soothing moments of relaxation, the spacious living/dining area is equipped with a cosy sofa corner, a TV (cable), a DVD (Blu-ray) player, and a stereo system. <br>Adjacent to the living area is an open kitchen (equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.), so you can easily prepare your own meals.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Two additional guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa (140 cm wide sleeping surface) in the living room. <br><br>The marble-tiled bathroom offers additional comfort. <br><br>Enjoy relaxing hours in the sun on the balcony of this Rügen holiday rental! Thanks to its prime location, it’s wonderfully quiet here. Or take a trip to the nearby sandy beach! It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the centre of Binz.<br><br>You can park your car in a private car park. An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests in the residence. In the building’s basement, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers that you’re welcome to use. A mere 10-minute walk takes you to Binz Beach and the town centre.
