Located on the ground floor, this new apartment—furnished in an industrial style—offers a fantastic base from which to visit the famous “Gorch Fock,” the Ozeaneum, and the rustic warehouses of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
Park right next door in the convenient car park at Fährwall 11, just 20 metres away. (Daily rate: €13 for 24 hours). There are no parking spaces available at the accommodation.

The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and is located right next to the bedroom. The bedroom features two dressers and a large clothes rack with enough space for two people’s luggage.
Bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a large TV are provided in the bedroom alongside a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped. In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer, there are also other small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker. Everything you need is provided for a great evening of cooking or a relaxing breakfast before a lovely day trip.

The living room features a sleeper sofa that can be used to accommodate a third and fourth guest upon request. A spring mattress ensures a comfortable night’s sleep even when using the sofa bed in the living room. Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and lovely decor ensure a pleasant stay. The beds are made upon arrival for the number of guests booked, and towel sets are also provided in the appropriate quantity. A basic supply of necessary kitchen utensils is also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.
