Bett war zu schmal, Keine Fahrradrampe nach oben (mit Garagenaufzug ging es nicht), Fahrradunterstellplatz fehlt bzw. keine Ankettung der Räder vorhanden (Ankettung ist bei Job-Fahrrädern aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen Pflicht)
