Holiday Home 'Rodershausen' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The Rodershausen vacation home has a total of 15 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest WC and a large kitchen, living and dining room as well as a further guest room. There is also a large terrace in front of the house. The 15 bedrooms can accommodate up to 30 guests.



The vacation home has a large combined dining room with kitchenette and pellet stove. The dining area can seat over 25 people at two groups of tables. Right next to the living and dining area is the "small hall". There is space for up to 20 more people. The special feature of this open-plan kitchen is the free-standing kitchen block with counter, which can be used with its stools to complement the dining table.



On the first floor, a large living/dining area with an integrated kitchen has been created, which was once used as a bar. Right next to it is the former small hall, which is now used as another dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC, a guest WC and a large checkroom.



There are ten bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper floor of the guest house. Famous visitors were also taken into consideration when designing the rooms.



On the top floor there is a large living room, a playroom for small children, another bathroom with shower and four further bedrooms.



There are a total of 15 bedrooms with over 30 beds. There are 3 single rooms, 6 double rooms, 4 triple rooms and 2 quadruple rooms.



In the large inner courtyard there is a large terrace with plenty of seating and a large charcoal barbecue for nice barbecue evenings. The inner courtyard has a garden gate that can be completely closed off. There is of course plenty of parking space in front of and next to the vacation home.



Night's rest outside from 11 pm, unaccompanied youth groups, young adults (up to 25 years), stag parties or drinking parties are not permitted
