Fast perfekt mit einem vermutlich vorübergehendem Makel

Das Negative vorab: es gibt keinen Aufzug wie bei unserer Buchung angegeben, wir waren mit leichtem Gepäck und auch mit 85 noch in der Lage die 2 1/2 Stockwerke von der Tiefgarage zu überwinden. Für Gäste die ihn brauchen ein K.o. Kriterium ( aber es gibt einen kräftigen Hausmeister der gerne hilft) Jetzt ist der Fahrstuhl für Juli angekündigt (garantiert?).Aber das Positive überwiegt bei weitem: eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit hohen Räumen bis unter das Dach, ein Niedrigenergiehaus, das sehr beeindruckt bis in die sehr sauber ausgeführten Details. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und Balkontüren und ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
