Raucherobjekt

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung ist gut. Allerdings roch die als Nichtraucherappartement deklarierte Wohnung beim Betreten penetrant nach Zigaretten-Rauch. Am ersten Tag gaben wir diese Geruchsbelästigung direkt an die gut zu erreichende Appartementvermittlung weiter, die uns allerdings nach mehrfachen Telefonaten nicht mehr anbieten konnte, als ein erneutes Durchwischen der Wohnung. Der Geruch wurde zwar für einen Tag etwas überdeckt, war aber daraufhin wieder genauso stark da. Ein anderes Appartement oder eine Minderung des Mietpreises konnte uns nicht gewährt werden. Diese Geruchsbelästigung hat unseren Urlaub leider beeinträchtigt. Wir können diese Wohnung daher Nichtrauchern auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
