Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit Südbalkon auf dem man auch sitzen kann wenn es viel Wind gibt aber die Sonne scheint oder es regnet. Die stadtnahe Lage ist sehr gut man kann alles einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche geht so. Ansonsten sehr Sauber und nicht hellhörig so das man sich erholen kann
