Our apartment, located right next to the Schwabing Nordbad, has been completely redesigned and awaits you with high-quality amenities.

For this special accommodation in Munich’s trendy area, the saying “Right in the thick of it, not just on the sidelines” hits the nail on the head. The apartment has everything you need for a great trip to Munich. It’s cosy, warm, and very stylishly furnished. The modern yet cosy design invites you to unwind and relax after a busy day packed with activities.

You can easily reach the apartment on the ground floor via the building’s lift or the spacious, inviting staircase. When you open the front door, you’ll enter the entryway with a coat rack and a bench. From here, you can access all the other rooms.

You’ll love the modern bathroom. It’s equipped with a large vanity, a bathtub, and a rain shower. It offers plenty of space even for 6 guests, and you’ll find everything you need there.

The bedroom features a cosy king-size box-spring bed (180 cm × 200 cm) and an open closet where you can store all your belongings. You can darken the "<br/>" bedroom with a curtain as needed, so you can sleep in a little longer in the morning.
In the front area of the bedroom is a workspace with a small desk. Here you can open your laptop and continue working or read your emails in peace. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.
Alternatively, the front area of the bedroom is also perfect for getting ready for an evening out in Munich. Use the workstation as a vanity, and you’ll be able to see your best side in the full-length mirror provided.

The living/bedroom area right next door is divided into two sections. The sleeping area is also equipped with a large king-size box-spring bed (180 cm × 200 cm) and an open wardrobe, offering you plenty of comfort to relax after a long day in Munich.
In the living area, you’ll find a stylish, cosy sofa and a large 50-inch smart TV with Netflix. Two additional guests can stay here if needed. The pull-out sofa bed can easily be unfolded into a comfortable bed with its own mattress, measuring 160 cm × 200 cm. Like the bedroom, the room can be completely darkened with curtains.

The apartment’s dining area is located in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, and oil. However, you’ll find many restaurants and bars just a short walk away where you can treat yourself to a culinary experience. Ample dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, as well as sharp knives, are provided.
A small highlight of the kitchen is the adjoining mini-sunroom. With its two Scandinavian lounge chairs, it invites you to relax or enjoy lively conversations over a glass of wine.
