This stunning mountain house, facing full south, offers an exceptional panoramic view of Lake Puyvalador. Located just 10 minutes from Lake Matemale and the ski slopes of Formiguères, it combines modernity with the authenticity of a warm, traditional mountain interior, perfect for a peaceful getaway.



On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living area features a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable lounge, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a shower room with a WC. This level is ideal for enjoying convivial moments while relaxing by the warmth of the fireplace.



Upstairs, three bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. Two of the rooms have three 90 cm beds, while the third has a 160 cm bed. A bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and a separate WC provide additional comfort for family or friends.



The house also offers a garage and parking right in front, making access easy and convenient. Bed linen is not provided, but a cleaning service is available as an option for a hassle-free stay.
