Beautiful chalet "Le Boletus", 2 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the hamlet Saclentse, on the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz, in a quiet position, 3.2 km from the skiing area. Private: natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (41 steps) to the house. Parking, public parking 500 m on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.8 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Basse-Nendaz, Saclentz" 1.1 km, railway station "Sion" 13.7 km. Tennis 4 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, ski bus stop 1.4 km, children's playground 3.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz tracouet 3.2 km, Siviez 4 Vallées 6.5 km. Hiking paths: Les Bisses d'en bas Nendaz 100 m. Please note: car recommended.
"Boletus", 4-room chalet 65 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2024, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Fantastisch huis

Fantastisch huis, voorzien van alle benodigdheden en op een schitterende plek. Eigenaren wonen naast het huis en zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie wandelroutes in de buurt voor gevorderde en kinderen.

Gemütliches, herziges, ruhiges und sehr gepflegtes Häuschen abseits des Rummels. Haben als Familie mit 3 Teenagern eine schöne Ferienwoche im Le Boletus verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons été parmi les premiers à louer le chalet, et l’expérience a été vraiment excellente. De nombreuses petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.
