Are you looking for a lovely family holiday home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 118 is a cosy, well-furnished holiday home on a lot of approximately 400 m². The house is situated in a quiet location on Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 600 m from the beautiful beach. 

This detached beach villa sleeps up to 8 people and is a dream for families and beach lovers! The living room is modernly furnished and features a spacious seating area and a flat-screen TV.

For a true outdoor experience, the house features a porch and French doors leading to the garden and the wraparound deck, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. There’s a beautiful, large dining table where you can enjoy a lovely meal together.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find 2 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. The ground floor is accessible via a staircase. The other two bedrooms are located on this floor.

The beautiful, sunny terrace is partially covered and features several seating areas with patio furniture. It’s easy to get into the holiday spirit right away when you see the beautiful, large garden with two sun loungers! Also included: a washing machine, dryer, and stroller. Parking is available on the private property. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
