Very comfortable, spacious and remarkably quiet at night despite being on a slightly rough street in the middle of a big city. Excellent clear communication and instructions from the host. A solid steel door separates the street from the courtyard of the building. Clean, modern and conveniently close to the train station. One critical point just because a totally positive review is not the most useful feedback: The small, round, smooth door knob for the bathroom is difficult to turn. My son needed both hands to get out and an older person with poor grip strength could find themselves stuck inside. Replace with a handle!

Schickes Loft mit nicht so toller Umgebung

Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral und entspricht der Beschreibung mit 3 Minuten entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich umgehend um die Beseitigung der Mängel gekümmert. Das Wohnumfeld ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir waren froh, wenn wir die große Eisentür zum Hinterhof schließen konnten. Für die Rückfahrt würden wir immer ein Taxi empfehlen, daher weiß ich nicht, ob die kurze Entfernung vom Hauptbahnhof nächstes Mal ein Kriterium für uns wäre. Das Loft ist wirklich schick eingerichtet. Die Terasse war sehr verschmutzt und war daher nicht einladend. Der Vermieter hat sich dafür entschuldigt und ein Preisnachlass veranlasst.

Cooles Apartment, genau wie auf den Bildern

Thiemo und Miriam sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert, sie haben immer schnell geantwortet, wenn sie eine Frage hatten. Die Sauberkeit war nicht für alle zufriedenstellend, es gibt viel Glas in der Wohnung, was befleckt aussah, was schade ist. Die Bewertung der Umgebung bezieht sich auf die Straße. Der Bahnhofsbereich ist leider nicht so schön, aber man kommt von dort überall super gut ind schnell hin. Generell eine tolle Unterkunft mit angenehmen Ambiente
