The 62-square-meter holiday apartment on the ground floor features 1 large living room with a dining area overlooking the Baltic Sea, 2 bedrooms with TVs, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 kitchen, 2 balconies with ocean views and afternoon sun, Wi-Fi, and more. A parking space and a spacious bike garage are located right next to the building. Additionally, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the laundry room in the basement. From the first balcony and the living room, you can look out over the pedestrian zone directly towards the beach and the Scharbeutz pier. From the second balcony, you can look out towards the sunny west towards the spa park and enjoy the evening sun in peace and quiet. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of the pedestrian zone at the Scharbeutz beach centre. Here you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, playgrounds, the spa park, and much more. Scharbeutz offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The fine sandy beach invites you to relax and sunbathe, while the fresh sea breeze ensures a restful experience. Numerous biking and hiking trails offer the chance to explore the surrounding area. Welcome to our beautiful Meetz beach house. The house is located right in the centre, just 25 metres from the fine, white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, diagonally across from the newly built pier. In the 4 holiday apartments (for 1–7 people), we offer our guests everything they need for a relaxing holiday. Parking spaces and a spacious bike garage are located right next to the house. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement utility room.
