Beautiful, renovated 100 sqm vacation apartment in a former farmhouse in the Allgäu

Welcome to our completely renovated, 100-square-meter holiday rental.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a charming, rustic atmosphere. Thick wooden floorboards and walls with exposed wooden beams will make your stay a truly memorable experience. In winter, the roaring stove ensures cosy evenings.

Two cosy bedrooms, each with a 1.80-meter box-spring bed, await you. The larger of the two bedrooms also features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Our bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. There is also a separate second toilet.

The living room, with its cosy sitting area, stove, and long dining table, invites you to linger.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen is partially open to the living room. Thanks to our large refrigerator and separate pantry, even larger groups can be well catered for. A French press is available for your morning cup of coffee.

The location is very quiet with a great view of forests and meadows. You’re welcome to use our yard, the large garden, and our garden shed with a sun deck and lounge chairs during your stay. You’ll also find a grill, a fire pit, and a playhouse for the kids here.

The location in the heart of the beautiful Westallgäu region is perfect for day trips. Mountains, lakes, and nature are right on your doorstep. Hiking and biking tours can start right from the farm. The cross-country ski trail also runs right past the farm. Our ski lift is just a few minutes away by car.

Our farm is located in the Lindau district and is therefore only about half an hour from Lake Constance. Other great towns worth visiting, such as Isny (about 6 km away), Wangen (about 20 km away), or Oberstaufen (about 14 km away), are also within easy reach by car or bike.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the small, picturesque village of Maierhöfen. Here you’ll find a bakery with an attached supermarket, a cheese shop, and a few nice and delicious restaurants.

In the courtyard itself, there’s a small pizzeria that’ll be happy to serve you Italian delicacies if you don’t feel like cooking.

There’s plenty of space to safely store bikes, strollers, or skis.

There are also plenty of parking spots available on the property.

Thanks to our key box, check-in is very flexible and can be done at any time of day or night.
