Die Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung im Angebot. Sie ist dunkel, schmutzig und stinkt. Insgesamt alte und ungepflegte Möbel. Einzig das Bad ist renoviert. Es gab allerdings weder Shampoo noch Duschgel oder einen Fön, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Auch der Außenbereich war ungepflegt und schmutzig. Da dort keine Erholung aufgrund der Unsauberkeit und Geruchsbelästigung möglich war bin ich 5 Tage früher als geplant abgereist. Die Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Leider hatte ich die Bewertungen vor der Buchung nicht ausreichend gelesen.Vom Vermieter habe ich keine Antwort auf meine Reklamation erhalten.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass dein Aufenthalt nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat und du dich nicht wohlgefühlt hast. Das bedauern wir wirklich sehr. Sauberkeit, Zustand der Einrichtung und ein angenehmes Raumgefühl haben für uns höchste Priorität. Sollte dies bei deinem Aufenthalt nicht der Fall gewesen sein, entspricht das nicht unserem Anspruch. Deine Hinweise haben wir sehr ernst genommen und intern weitergegeben, damit die entsprechenden Punkte überprüft und verbessert werden. Auch dass Ausstattungsmerkmale gefehlt haben oder anders wahrgenommen wurden, tut uns leid. Unser Ziel ist es, dass alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden wird und unsere Gäste sich rundum gut versorgt fühlen. Dass du deinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet hast, finden wir sehr schade. Umso mehr würden wir uns freuen, wenn du uns noch einmal die Gelegenheit gibst, dich vom Gegenteil zu überzeugen. Wir sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern uns bei Hinweisen sofort – damit ein Urlaub auch wirklich Erholung bedeutet. Vielleicht gibst du uns eine zweite Chance. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dich erneut begrüßen zu dürfen und dir zu zeigen, dass es auch anders geht. Herzliche Grüße
