Let your soul dangle - historic farmhouse meets modernity

Tradition meets modernity—at our lovingly renovated farmhouse in the Stelvio National Park, at an elevation of 1,550 metres, nestled in a secluded spot surrounded by mountains. There, the stars twinkle without light pollution. Enjoy your stay in a stylish, comfortable setting, discover unique details, and listen to the silence. Here, 10 loved ones can spend quality time together, cook to their heart’s content in the former smokehouse, relax, marvel, hike, and simply be. Each of the five bedrooms has its own unique character and is furnished with comfortable double beds. We’ve named the rooms “Morning Dew,” “Rock Nest,” “Daydream,” “Whispers of Wood,” and “Bliss of Love.” You’ll see why. Three rooms with original wood panelling—including the cosy living room—reflect what was important to us during the renovation: preserving as much of the building’s history, structure, and original furnishings as possible, while blending them with modern touches. The kitchen is located in the former smokehouse and is equipped with all modern appliances for your culinary adventures. Two modern wood-burning stoves, fired with wood just as in the old days, provide cosy warmth and a mountain cabin atmosphere. The electricity for our sustainable and modern heating system is generated by our large, on-site solar panel system. If you arrive in an electric car, you can charge it for free at our wall box. On INNERPAZIN, you’ll find more inspiration about the farm and its enchanting surroundings. At the Lichtenberg farms—or so it seems—time has stood still, or you can simply pause it here for the duration of your stay.
You can go mountain hiking, snowshoeing, or ski touring without using a car. The so-called “hiking car park” is at the end of the paved farm road and only about 100 metres from the house. From there, well-marked hiking trails lead, for example, to the Glurnser Köpfl or along the old smugglers’ trails all the way to Switzerland. You’ll find other activities in the surrounding area: for example, the medieval town of Glurns, the marble quarries in Laas and Guflan, or take a bike ride up the breathtaking switchbacks to the Stelvio Pass.
