About this property

It is time to think about summer! Lovely secluded 3 bedroom home in the Springs

Set away from the country road by a long driveway, this single story home is nestled among the trees and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a futon, and the third room has two twins. There is an open floor plan between the living room, dining area and the kitchen and there are large windows on all sides which emphasize the privacy. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, stereo with ipod dock, wifi, cable television, and netflix access. Outside there is a deck where one can barbecue and watch the deer and the occasional wild turkey pass by. The location is convenient. We are a 5 minute drive to the bay and only minutes further to Atlantic Beach. The activities of Amagansett, East Hampton, and Montauk are close by and then the peace and seclusion of the house awaits you.

Amazing !!!!

Elizabeth was so kind and generous with her wonderful home and communicated so well and offered many suggestions and things to do in the area to enhance our stay! Our family had the happiest three weeks here with the huge deck, using the grill and well- stocked kitchen, just 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the bay. Thank you for sharing your home we can’t wait to come back! This is a wonderful place for a family !

Surrounded by trees. Best way to wake up in the morning… Close drive to Atlantic Beach and Balsam Farms, Louse Point. Owners were very communicative and available if needed to answer any questions.

Perfect base of operations for an east-end stay

We stayed 3 weeks and will definitely stay again. Quiet, secluded and very private, nestled at the end of a winding drive among guardian oaks which make you feel alone even though you know there are neighbors. The house is very comfortable -- just right for a family - the books and toys in the third bedroom were a big hit with our seven year old and the king size bed in the master bedroom is a big plus. Wrap around deck and yard give tons of living space. Outdoor shower is AMAZING!. Helen and Elizabeth were both extremely helpful and communicative, and provided everything we needed. Stay here! You will not regret it!

Perfect summer home!

This home is amazing, our family loves it! It is quaint and cozy, yet also spacious with an open concept great room/kitchen, large bedrooms and renovated bathrooms. The property is a private retreat nestled in the woods and we enjoyed many meals hanging out on the big wraparound deck. The outdoor shower is great. The homeowners are very responsive, personable and easy to communicate with for any questions. They generously provide everything for a comfortable, stress-free vacation--fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach items, games and a notebook with local activity ideas and maps. We hope to return for another perfect summer getaway!

Great escape

Very secluded, quiet retreat in the woods. Lots of open land for kids to play, and set back far from the road so traffic noise is not a problem. Clean and comfortable, and a short drive to town, beaches, or other attractions. Great for families, the place is well stocked with everything you might need. A very affordable way to spend time in the Hamptons! Owners are super nice and accommodating.

Wonderful Location

I have stayed at this property twice. It is comfortable and spacious with an incredible wrap-around deck where I spent much of my time. The home is secluded in a lovely wooded area just a short drive from shopping, beaching and exploring. Especially enjoyed the charming farmers markets and the Jackson Pollack home only minutes away.
