The house was great, loved the location and it was well-maintained and well-appointed. My group had a great stay. Just a couple things to keep in mind as you are booking: the TV in the living room is quite small; the A/C doesn't really work downstairs, just upstairs.
The house is as advertised and Julie, the host, is very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and we really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully look to book it again in the future.
My daughter and her friends stayed at the house of over the weekend mid-September. Fabulous location. The host was accommodating and responsive. The house was great and the outdoors was fabulous. Highly recommend this property.
we truly had such a wonderful stay. the house is beautiful and exactly as described the front and back yard are so gorgeous - and the pool - so pretty as well. can't wait to come back!
We had an amazing stay at this East Hampton house. The location is amazing, a quick drive to everything in East Hampton/Amagansett and not too far from Montauk either. The pool / yard area is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and a well kept yard.
Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely love to stay here again.
The house worked perfectly for our group of kids, adults, and grandparents! Great layout and love the style and decor of the home. Everything was very clean and we had enough space to spread out and also be together. Great distance to town and also convenient for the wedding we attended. Enjoyed our stay, thank you!
Well laid out home for a quiet Bachelorette weekend- was a great place to use a a "home base" for my sisters east end Bachelorette weekend.
Close to activities in Montauk and East Hampton - amenities allowed for flexibility, some home cooked meals and time just hanging out. Weather was unexpectedly cold- so it was great to have the house.
We didn't get to use the pool (cold) but could have it we wanted to, Julie turned the heat on, the girls just never chose to use it.
Most of the girls wished we had planned a longer trip (hard with 7 different work schedules)!
Thanks for a cozy stay!
This house exceeded my expectations. I was in the Hamptons with 5 girlfriends for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to enjoy some great R&R while also being very close to amazing restaurants, shopping and more.
The house was very clean and welcoming and the outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping in the backyard and by the pool was stunning and we enjoyed a nice pool day while we were there. The house was about a 10 minute drive into East Hampton Village, a 5 minute drive to Amagansett and a 20 minute drive to Montauk.
Julie was very responsive and a great host. I would definitely come back here if I got the chance.
The house is well maintained and centrally located to coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful with all of our requests throughout our visit.
Would recommend this property for a family.
My family and friends spent a lovely long weekend in East Hampton, LI. There were a lot of activities for everybody to discover, such as: Apple/pumpkin picking, beaches, antiques, music festival, movie theaters, wine tasting, restaurants galore, and museums & multicultural, historical centers. Our favorite place was the home we shared. The hosts communicated well before we arrived to ensure our best time ever. The big home was well stocked, clean, orderly and conducive for our entire group to use the pool, the grill, the outdoor seating areas, parking spaces as well as the great kitchen, and laundry room. We loved it all and thankful to Julie for the comforts provided. We recommend this rental property to anyone visiting the Hamptons for any occasion.
I can't say enough positive things about this property and our host, Julie! There was a lovely welcome note and a bottle of wine from the local vineyard waiting for us.
The pictures don't do this beautiful property justice, particularly the gorgeous landscaping. Plenty of room for our group of 4 plus our little dog. Lovely furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. We took full advantage of the heated pool and the bbq grill.
Our host gave us reccomendations for local attractions including a wonderful fishing charter.
I highly reccomend this property and look forward to staying there again.

About the host
Hosted by Julie Medler
My name is Julie and my husband's name is Peter. We both grew up in this community and have chosen to raise our 2 children here as well. I am a teacher here in East Hampton and Peter is a mason contractor.
Why they chose this property
We chose this specific piece of property to build our home for its location. It is close to Rt.27 and we can be in the villages of East Hampton or Amagansett in 2 minutes. We also love being able to ride our bikes to the youth park (5 min.) or beach with our children (15 min.).
What makes this property unique
We live on a very quiet dead end road.
