At the heart of the garden, a refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers invites guests to unwind and soak up the sun. The natural shade of the pergola offers a cool retreat on warm days, while the covered terrace is perfect for dining al fresco. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, sun umbrellas, and a barbecue fireplace, ideal for preparing traditional Istrian delicacies. The property also features two covered parking spaces.Casa Olea accommodates up to six guests across two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with access to the terrace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with two separate beds—as well as a bathroom. The first floor, accessible via external stairs, features an additional living area with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and a cozy attic bedroom with two separate beds. Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Super Haus mit tollem Pool und Super Gastgeber.Kann man nur empfehlen.Jede Menge Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. 100m zum Top Minimarkt mit super Metzgerei und Bäcker mit leckeren Brötchen . Alles von 7 Uhr morgens bis 20:30 täglich.
