The apartment is located in a quiet single-family home on an idyllic hillside directly on the Schlei—above the fishing harbour. The view from the spacious southeast-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Schlei and the Schlei Bridge. Right next to your private entrance is the key box, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. The lower entrance area is shared with the entrance to the holiday home and the entrance to the apartment. The house is very quiet yet absolutely centrally located. It’s about a 5-minute walk to city centre Kappeln. There are two parking spots for your car across the street. Additionally, there are more parking options 20 metres away. The front yard of the house is separated from the pavement by a hedge and a gate. There is a rack for your bicycles there.

The apartment is bright and furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll find everything you need to make your stay a pleasant experience. The built-in, nearly new kitchenette is generously equipped, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Enjoy magnificent sunrises over the Schlei, which you can watch from your breakfast table through the large panoramic window. The spacious balcony is perfect for dining and relaxing. An electric awning provides shade when the sun is strong.
You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the 1x2m bed on a very comfortable, high-quality mattress. The extra-wide shower is equipped with additional side jets. Once you’ve climbed the three steps to the front door, the apartment is at ground level.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
