Sehr netter Vermieter mit freundlichem Empfang. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit vielen Dekoartikeln die das ganze Ambiente rund machen.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt und Hand.- und Duschtücher waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
Sehr ruhige Wohnung und sehr Zentrumsnah.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fabelhafte Unterkunft!!!
Eine wundervoll geschmackvoll eingerichtete, moderne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß sind es nur 5 min in die Innenstadt und für den PKW kann man die Garage nutzen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und buchen gern wieder!

Tolle, neu renovierte Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung und Balkon in einer Größe, dass man den Wäscheständer mit den nassen Handtüchern auch stehen lassen kann.
Die Küche ist optimal eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und es gab beim Hinzubuchen des Wäschepaketes ausreichend Handtücher - super.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus - 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt - ist nicht so der Knaller, aber man ist ja in der Wohnung und nicht davor. Die Möglichkeit, das Auto oder die Fahrräder in der Garage unterzustellen, ist super.
Man wohnt trotz Nähe des "Rummels" in der Altstadt ruhig. Bäcker, Edeka und Restaurants - alles in Kürze zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es fehlte nichts, außer genug
Besteck und Geschirr um die Spülmaschine zu füllen. Mußten jeden Tag von Hand spülen. Auch ein Sonnenschirm wäre schön gewesen. Ohne kann man bei sehr warmen Temperaturen den Balkon nicht nutzen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Wir haben desweiteren nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wie alle von Fam.Jostwig-Mackeprang vermieteten Ferienwohnungen Ist auch "Die Charmante" Fw. Spitze! Die Wohnung ist von Grund auf erneuert worden.Die duzu gehörige Garage ist direkt gegenüber der Hauseingangstür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das das Vermieterpaar Profis beim Dekorieren ist, merkt man sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit allerlei Accessoires bestückt. Möbel, Aufteilung und Zustand sind modern und sehr ansprechend. Die Lage ist sehr schön in der Nähe zur Altstadt, trotzdem jedoch sehr ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung kann ohne Bedenken weiterempfohlen werden. Einziger Minuspunkt: Auf dem Balkon fehlt eine Beschattung.
