The bleib. Boutique Premium Lake House in Allensbach on Lake Constance is our most spacious accommodation – 75 m² for up to 6 guests, with a private garden, open terrace, and its own barbecue. This is a place to truly arrive, relax, and spend time together.



There are two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed as a walk-through room – plus a cozy living room and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space for families and groups. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Especially for families: a baby bed, high chair, as well as toys and books are available. A travel cot is available free of charge on request. The apartment is step-free and designed to be accessible. All windows have insect screens.



Coffee, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags are included for a hassle-free stay. You can store and charge bicycles on your own terrace (not covered). With digital cards, you can conveniently use public transport and enjoy local discounts.



With lake views from the terrace and garden and only 200 m to the nearest swimming spot, the Lake House is perfect for active guests – stand-up paddle boards (available for an extra charge), swimming, and cycling are right at your doorstep. As your hosts, we value warm, attentive service. Flexible self-check-in via key safe allows for a relaxed arrival with no waiting time.



High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, and a shared parking space on the property are included. Up to 2 dogs are welcome, free of charge and on request.

I forgot my Holidu password and was locked out of my old email.

Pros: The location by the lake, the lake view from the flat, comfy beds, great kitchen and a bit of bike storage. Cons: Communication problems with Holidu. I could not speak to the hosts directly.

sehr schöne, super saubere Unterkunft, kleiner Garten Seeblick

Pros: Leider hatte sich der Gesundheitszustand von unserem Hund so stark verschlechtert das wir ihn in unserem Urlaub einschläfern lassen musste. Vielen Dank das ihr für uns mit Rat, Tat und Trost da gewesen seid. So tolle Gastgeber haben wir noch nie gehabt. Die beiden kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste. 1000 Dank ihr seid echte Vorbilder. Cons: Wir glauben das man so eine Vermietung maximan anders machen kann, besser sicher nicht.

Pros: Wunderschöne Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet. Super tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: War manchmal ein bisschen laut zur Hauptstraße, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit einem kleinem Blick auf den Bodensee

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war super. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr kühl ( wir hatten 34 Grad), dekorativ sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Cons: Wir haben und hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.
