Enjoy miles of trails for hiking and biking; the Upper Truckee River is literally in the backyard. If you looking for some activities, Heavenly Village at State-line are a short 10 minute drive from the house. Enjoy shopping, dining, miniature golf or a gondola ride to an unbelievably breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe.

We live in Southern California and have been coming to the Sierras to escape the city for 15 years before finally finding a place to call our home away from home.
Why they chose this property
The meadows, river, hiking, snowmobiling right our back yard, and close proximity to ski resorts was the main reason we bought this house. We also love the neighborhood and the people that live there full time.
What makes this property unique
It backs up to endless miles of trails that go through four meadows that follow the Truckee river.
