Appartement
Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass dieses als letztes in der Häuserreihe liegt und man so neben den beiden kleinen Terrassen und noch neben dem Appartement sitzen kann.
Die Herdplatten sollten einmal ausgetauscht werden, sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Auch im Badezimmer sollte was getan werden, da sich unter der Duschtrennwand Schimmel gebildet hat.
