Chalet '214 - Village Nordique' with Mountain View, Stove, Shared Pool & Private Terrace

This chalet is part of the "Village Nordique" complex of 61 homes, located about 500 meters south of La Féclaz resort center and 300 meters from the nearest alpine and Nordic ski slopes. The detached chalet sits on a 500 m² plot in a quiet area, with a south-facing terrace and windows. With 50 m² of living space over two levels, it accommodates up to 4 guests.



Ground floor:

- Entrance area for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.)

- Living room with TV and sofa bed

- Kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker

- Table and chairs for 4–6 people

- Bathroom and WC



Upstairs:

- Bedroom with double bed

- Bedroom with two single beds side by side and a play area



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented from the concierge after booking.



The chalet is furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, blankets, and pillows for 4 guests. Car access near the chalet is allowed only for loading and unloading; longer parking is on the main road parking lot.



In summer, guests can use the Village Nordique’s private outdoor pool for an extra charge. The pool is treated, heated, fenced, and closed outside opening hours as per regulations. Depth ranges from 1 to 2.5 meters. The pool is unsupervised; children swim under their parents’ responsibility.
