Holiday Home 'Gutach' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi
The holiday home Haus Gutach, located in Schönwald in the Black Forest, offers a wonderful view of the nearby mountains. The 160 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and can accommodate up to eight people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a permanently rented apartment in the lower part of the house. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot. A cross-country ski trail is directly in front of the house.
Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A ski storage room is available.
The accommodation supports you in proper waste separation; further information is available on site. In addition, the house features energy- and water-saving facilities as well as a convenient self check-in system.

Super mooi huis!
Pros: Gezellige ouderwetse inrichting in de huiskamer, maar zeer comfortabel. Goede bedden, ruime kamers, fijn balkon. Prettige badkamers (2 badkamers, in totaal 3 toiletten)en een zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken. Genoten van het uitzicht en de ruimte.
Alles was ook zeer goed schoongemaakt, zie je toch niet vaak.
Contact met host vooraf erg prettig en duidelijk. Ontvangst ook zeer vriendelijk en duidelijke uitleg!
Al met al echt top!
