Great location, needs a little TLC.

You cannot beat the location. Communication via text was simple and always had a quick response. The pull out couch is in need of replacing IMO. But for the price you pay, hard to beat. Would stay here again.

Great price for a weekend getaway

2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again!

The property was dog friendly. The room was clean although the couch had huge cracks in it and was torn about 6-8 inches along the seam on the right side. The over stuffed chair leaned to one side. One leg on the bathroom sink was not assisting in holding up the sink. The fireplace didn’t work. The TV remotes had no batteries. Vacasa responded quickly when these issues were pointed out. When the maintenance person came over to take care of some the problems he mentioned that the units were being remodeled, furniture replaced, and the fireplace fixed at that time.

Nice location

This was a quaint little cottage in need of some minor updates and just some general TLC. The cottage was pretty bare bones which could necessitate flexibility in regards to cooking. But if you're just in need of a place to kick up your feet at the end of the day, you can't beat the location or the price. Short walk to beach (1.5 blocks) and even shorter walk to some great coffee for your morning stroll by the water.

It was a good stay and a nice quiet location. Just could use some updates/repairs. The code didn't work when we arrived after 10pm and it was freezing outside. Thank goodness the management company was available to get us in.

Truly a cozy cottage

I always say if I won the lottery, I’d still take a cottage over a mansion so keep that in mind with my review. This was adorable and lovely. Great location with just a short walk to the beach, the cottage and surroundings were great, and for a short stay it had all we need. If you need more space this would not be the place for you. We read one review that mentioned how loud the frogs were and thy wasn’t a lie! We got used to it though

We had a wonderful time in our five days at Cannon Beach. Traveling as a single mom with two children Internet was one of the reasons I chose this place so I could work while we were here. Internet was spotty and the television didn’t work. So after a day at the beach, when the kiddos wanted to unwind and I needed to get work done that created quite a bit of challenge. Vacasa great at communication, but we never heard from the property management about fixing the problem when I reached out on day one

Overall 3 1/2 stars. Could be cleaner..

Cobwebs in the bathroom with dead bugs, SAND in the utensil drawer in the kitchen, hair and dirt on the floor boards. Back of their fold out chairs were dirty and grimy. Although the hot water and water pressure in the shower were great.. the mold and grime in the tiles was off putting. All amenities worked as expected. Maybe upgrade the tv so people can access their Hulu, Netflix, prime etc... It would have been great to have ventilation in the kitchen so the fire alarm didn't go off every time I cooked an egg. For the price and location…I would book again, since the cleanliness could easily be addressed.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The couch should be replaced. It is very worn and does not look like the picture to the left. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were esentially empty. the front common area was nice. The location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location - hard to beat

Place is a block from the beach. Cannot say enough good things about this town. Can't wait to go back. The pull-out couch needs updating as there are a number of tears in the leather and a bar, under the leather, that you cannot see but will definitely feel if sat upon.For the price, great place and would gladly stay there again.

Great little getaway place for two

We loved the close proximity to the beach and town. We were able to walk to the farmers market and watch the sunsets each night. Unfortunately, the internet did not work the first night since the password given was incorrect. However, the management was able to provide that information which worked fine. The cottage was quaint. Some of the living room furniture needs some updates and there could have been better kitchen utensils as there was no real knife or decent frying pan. Overall, we spend most of trip sightseeing and enjoying the beach. The cottage has a great location, and we would definitely return in the future.

Not a pleasant stay

This unit had a pull out bed that my adult son slept on. The surface was cracked and it was very lumpy. There were no blankets for it. The room was adequate but sleeping arrangements were less desirable. Room smelled like musty smoke. I have always had good luck with Vacasa but this home was below standards.

Cute and great location but unkept

The cottage was very cute and had few updates but the furniture and appliances were dirty. Coffee pot had dried up coffee in the bottom. And there were small black ants left dead under the kitchen sink and a few living ants walking the countertop and in the bathroom. There was also dog hair and cob webs found throughout and the spare sheets were crumpled up in a drawer and seemed like they were not clean. Too bad because if it had been cleaner it would have been a great stay.
