Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral im Zentrum von Penzberg.Alle Arten von Geschäfte und Gastronomien sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Innenstadt schlecht und wir mussten jeden Tag ca. 10 min zum Auto laufen.Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten war die Tiefgarage gesperrt, diese könnte die Situation verbessern.Während unseres Aufenthalt wurde die Anliegerstrasse saniert und es gab von morgens 7 bis 17 Uhr massiven Lärm von schweren Baumaschinen.Die Region hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir nutzen jeden Tag den Badesee (Hubersee) am Ort.Ausflugsziele waren Walchensee, Achensee, Starnbergersee... Die Wohnung war modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Zur Küchenaustattung hat uns noch Teekanne und größere Schalen gefehlt.In Summe ein schöner Urlaub trotz der Baustelle.
