Apartment 'Am See' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The 90 m² apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. You will find many extras to make your vacation more enjoyable. Families can also enjoy a relaxed vacation here. The apartment is bright, modern and comfortably furnished and is fully equipped. A beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, baking utensils, wok, various wine glasses, cleaning products, washing machine. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the garden. Families with children are very welcome, especially for smaller children you will find all the extras you need - baby and junior bed, baby and high chair, children's furniture, toys and much more. From the bedrooms you can go directly onto the terrace. You will find comfortable 1.55 x 2.20 m bedding and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the second bedroom you will find a comfortable French bed. We can also provide you with two additional baby cribs on request. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Please understand that pets are not allowed.



Our comfortable vacation apartment is only 200m away from Lake Constance. Shopping facilities can be reached within 1km. Parking and W-Lan are available free of charge.

Schöne FeWo in guter Lage

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist hell und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Größe, so dass genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Uferpark mit Restaurants und Spielplatz. Das Bodmaner Strandbad ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.

Schicke Wohnung und tolle Ausstattung bei guter Lage

Pros: Tolle Ausstattung, es hat alles was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, sämtliche Kochutensilien, Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang ist auch vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind auch super nett. Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher da, die Bettwäsche roch auch sehr angenehm und insgesamt war alles sehr sauber. Daher 5/5 Cons: Einzig das W-Lan lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Hier liegt die Downloadgeschwindigkeit bei etwa 1mb/s. Videos können nur verzögert geladen werden. Wäre kein Problem, wenn das Mobilfunknetz im Ort besser wäre (Vodafone schlecht, Telekom da deutlich besser)
