Lage zum Strand super, Lage am Restaurant im normalen Betrieb von der Lautstärke ok. Einen Abend Party, da hat die ganze Wohnung bis nachts vom Bass vibriert. Nichts für Geräuschempfindliche. Ausstattung einfach, Terrasse schön aber spartanisch möbliert. Keine ausreichende Verdunkelung, Rollos im Wohn-Essbereich mit Schlafsofa komplett lichtdurchlässig, ab fünf Uhr morgens komplett hell. Wohnung insgesamt ok, aber zu teuer für das was man kriegt.
