As soon as you arrive, you open the balcony door on the second floor, and the sea spreads out before you. The sound of the waves is part of the everyday experience here.

The 48 square metres are thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. The open-concept layout combines the kitchen and living area into an inviting centrepiece of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher are all provided. The sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed as well as an additional sofa bed, so up to four people can be comfortably accommodated here. Bed linens and towels are included. The bathroom features a shower with a shower tray and a hair dryer. A TV provides entertainment, though you’re welcome to ignore it after a long day at the beach.

The balcony is the true heart of this holiday rental on Norderney. Morning coffee with a view of the sea, evenings gazing out at Nordstrand, perhaps a book on your lap and the light shimmering on the water. If you like, you can be at the beach in less than a minute. The Nordstrand, with its swimming areas, surf spot, and beach promenade lined with restaurants, is practically right outside the front door.

The apartment is well-suited for couples seeking peace and quiet and proximity to the water, but also for small families or groups of friends—whether two or four—who want to explore the island. An optional cot and high chair make it suitable for trips with a toddler as well. A public bike rack is available—and on Norderney, biking is by far the best way to explore the island anyway.
