Your holiday home on the 4th floor of the Berolina building,
plenty of space in a 47 m² living area for up to 4 people:

- Entryway with coat rack
- Living room/bedroom with a cosy chaise longue sofa, armchair, and TV
direct access to the furnished balcony,
sleeping area with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm)
- separate room with a 160 x 190 cm bed and TV
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2-burner stove, etc., and dining area for 4 people
- bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, and toilet

Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), burn off some energy playing table tennis (rackets are provided in the apartment), test your precision at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy sweeping views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: a short, step-free walk from the parking spot in the underground garage to the lift and on to the apartment!

Important information:
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony! The functionality of other areas in the building that are available free of charge—such as the swimming pool, garage, table tennis room, laundry rooms, etc.—cannot be guaranteed; these are therefore beyond the owner’s control and liability, and any reduction or cancellation of the rental price is excluded.

Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1 through 4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT—Good to Know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
