This comfortable and well-equipped two-room apartment with garden views is located on the ground floor. It features a small entryway. The bedroom has an extra-large bed (210x210 cm) with reading lamps. A reading corner with a bookshelf and a rocking chair invites you to relax. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a large dining area. The cosy sitting area consists of a small sofa bed that folds out into two sections, a coffee table with a comfortable armchair and footstool. Floor-to-ceiling windows that open overlook our small garden. A flat-screen (HD) TV and a stereo system with a CD player are provided. The bathroom has a shower with a sliding door, a toilet, a sink, ample storage space, and toiletries. Use of a large roof terrace on the second floor is available upon request. You will have a private area there. A narrow, steep staircase leads to the terrace (non-smoking).
