Losone is a neighbor place of Ascona and lies about 2 km from Locarno. The apartment house with only 8 units was built in 2012 and is located in a sunny and central position near the border of Ascona, which center and promenade are only 1.5 km away.
The apartment on ground floor has its own garden with lying area and a spacious, covered terrace with granite stone table, seating area and sun blinds. Driveway until house. Reserved parking space in garage. Bus stop, shops about 300m. The Maggia River with bathing facilities (rock, stone, gravel) is just about 800m and the beautiful beach in Ascona about 2,5 km away. The two very nice and challenging 18-hole golf courses Ascona and Losone are only about 2,5 km away. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets permitted.
