Functionally and comfortably furnished apartment on the 1st floor, 52 m², suitable for 3 adults and a small child.
Open-plan living and dining area with access to the furnished west-facing balcony.
The sofa with long chair invites you to watch TV and read; cable connection, Blu-ray player, WLAN are available free of charge. In the dining area there is a dining table with four chairs and a kitchenette with electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
In the light-flooded bedroom there is a double bed (180 m x 200 m) with two bedside cabinets, closet, baby crib, high chair and changing unit. In another bedroom there is a single bed with a chest of drawers. The daylight bathroom has a shower and an illuminated mirror cabinet. In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe with a further cupboard.
The apartment is accessible via a staircase. There is a parking space directly behind the house.
The city of Cuxhaven charges an accommodation tax of 2.75 % on the total price.
Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
