A very nice small house with welcoming and kind owners.

Nice and clean small house with 6 beds. Owners live next door and are very kind. Pros are proximity to the beach, covered porch, and a beautiful garden with flowers, shrubs and trees. Cons are a small kitchen, noisy neighborhood with many rental units, and loud music coming from nearby taverns and bars. While this house is advertised as having air conditioning, renters should be aware of the fact that owners request an additional charge for the use of any air conditioning and will be warned about it only upon arrival. There is no wifi service on the property.

Wir verbrachten einen entspannten Urlaub in dem sehr geschmackvoll renovierten Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zu zweit genügend Platz, für 6 Personen könnte es jedoch etwas eng werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit schöner Bepflanzung lädt zum Verweilen in der Hängematte ein. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Propriétaire très accueillante et aux petits soins. Terrasse et jardin parfaits, maison sans pièce commune et cuisine assez sommaire. Plage 3 mn à pied, séjour très agréable !

Lovely little house with a beautiful garden. Teodora made us feel very welcome and was generous with gifts of produce from her garden and her own wine. The house was cleaned regularly and check in and out very flexible and easy. Afaristo para poli Theodora and to the the staff at Kafesas taverna especially Agathea you made our holiday very special. We had a fabulous time

Ferienhäuschen in einer Siedlung

Wir haben uns super entspannt und die Vermieter sind wirklich nett. Das Haus ist recht klein für 6 Personen, die Küche wirklich um unteren Limit. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und man kann in unmittelbarer Umgebung alles erledigen, was man muss. Bis zum Ortszentrum geht man allerdings ca. 20 min. Gelsenspray nicht vergessen :)

Das Haus ist einfach. Der Garten und der Sitzplatz sehr schön, die Lager sehrt gut. Die Vermieterin sehr nett, hat alle 2 Tage geputzt und uns ab uns zu Kleinigkeiten zum Essen gebracht (Feigen, Tomaten, Auberginen, etc.)

JOLIE PETITE VILLA TRÈS BIEN SITUÉE , A 5 MINUTES DE LA MER, JUSTE A TRAVERSER UNE PETITE ROUTE POUR ALLER SUR UNE PETITE PLAGE, LA DAME QUI FAIT LE MÉNAGE EST TRÈS GENTILLE, NOUS AVONS EU UN TEMPS SUPERBE, PAS BESOIN DE VOITURE , LES BUS SONT VRAIMENT PROCHES DE LA VILLA ET IL Y A 2 PETITS SUPERMARCHÉS A 100 MÈTRES TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT

Posizione ideale per una vacanza con bambini

La casa è nella parte sud di Aghios Georgios, in seconda fila rispetto alla strada principale (comunque mai trafficata, almeno a giugno) e con un giardino pieno di fiori e alcuni alberi che danno ombra. Le tre stanze da letto sono semplici ma curate. La cucina piccola ma funzionale, noi abbiamo sempre pranzato sul patio esterno. Ci sono pentole e stoviglie a sufficienza. Il bagno ha una vasca con doccia. La meravigliosa signora Theodora ha pulito casa per noi tre volte in dieci giorni e talvolta ci ha lasciato pure della verdura fresca raccolta nel suo orto. A duecento metri da casa si trova un supermercato e ci sono bar e ristoranti molto vicini. Il centro del paese è a una ventina di minuti a piedi. La spiaggia che si incontra andando a sinistra (dista tre minuti) è lunga e sabbiosa con un'acqua cristallina e bassa, ideale per i bambini, ci sono ombrelloni e lettini a 5 euro al giorno. La spiaggia vicino al bar XL è anche sabbiosa ma piccola. Ci sono ombrelloni e lettini gratuiti con consumazione al bar, che ha anche internet wireless (come tutti i bar e ristoranti). Siamo stati benissimo.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten in zweiter Reihe zur Strasse. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Mehrmaliger Wäschewechsel und Reinigung in der Woche. Ab und zu gab es Obst aus dem Garten. Nachts in der Hauptsaison zuweilen etwas laut durch Veranstaltungen im Ort. Betten und Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig eng und die Ausstattung sehr alt. Die Küche reicht nur zum Kochen, als Esszimmer etwas zu klein. Zum Essen ging es dann auf die Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung ist das größte Manko. Keine Kaffemaschine (nur winzige Espessokanne). Zum richtigen Kochen fehlen diverse Gerätschaften wie scharfe Messer, Kaffe oder Teekanne, Weingläser etc. Klimaanlage ist ein extra. Wir haben sie allerdings nicht benötigt. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Auto, Fahrrad und Rollervermietung, es ist alles vor Ort. Für Wassersport muss mann allerdings bis zum Ortsende laufen. Die Liegen ,Sonnenschirme und Duschen am Strand sind nur für Gäste der Restaurants kostenlos. (z.B. Restaurant XL 3,50€ Mindestverzehr pro Liege und Tag mit sehr freundlichen Service am Strand.) Ein Auto wird nicht benötigt, wir sind mit dem Schuttleservice Hoppa per Bus vom Flughafen angereist. (www.hoppa.com/de) Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
