We had an amazing time. The cabin was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and in a quiet location. There was ample parking and nice roads for the kids to bike on from the house. Town and trails were a quick drive away. We'd love to stay again.
We had a great four days in Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains. This classic log cabin was home base for fishing in the Salmon River, a couple days on the beach at Redfish Lake, and family meals on the front porch. Thanks!
Very much enjoyed staying at the cabin - my wife and brother and sister -in-law, and Golden Retriever - while biking the beautiful Stanley Valley for a few days in fall. Location is convenient near town of Stanley but very quiet neighborhood. Located also near the renowned Iron Creek trail into the Sawtooths. Cabin very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers after a hard day of riding. Easy to use gas grill on deck for grilling. Wifi worked well. We would want to stay here again on future trips to the area.

House was small - listed sleeping for 8 and I am not sure how they come up with this number because there were two beds, one twin and a pull out coach. Expensive for what we got but feel like that was due to the location and limited options. Clean but there were some ants and the place was clearly used a lot so pretty rustic and well worn.
We had an awesome 9 night stay at this cabin! It is conveniently located in the quiet Iron Creek area just a few miles outside of Stanley. The cabin itself is wonderfully equipped with everything we needed -- there was even a blender that I used to make milkshakes for the kids. We grilled out several nights and ate most meals at home because it was relaxing and easy after full days of exploring. There was a beautiful fox that came trotting through the property several times, making his evening rounds...we looked forward to seeing him but did not feed or encourage him to stick around. Our boys aged 11 and 13 stayed upstairs where there is a queen bed, twin bed, and huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. The washer and dryer was also a nice convenience. Some of our activites were: renting ATV's from Sawtooth Traxx, hiking to Profile Lake (which was still frozen) below Thompson Peak, soaking in hot springs (Boat Box or what we like to call the Cauldron beside the Salmon River, and also Bonneville and Sacajawea Hot Springs towards Lowman), hiking to Alpine Lake from the Iron Creek trailhead near the cabin, renting kayaks from Redfish Motel on the Salmon River, milkshakes from Smiley Creek, lunch at Sun Valley Wine Company and also The Kneadery in Ketchum, a movie at The Magic Lantern in Ketchum, and renting a powerboat at Redfish Lake. It was a fun filled vacation and we would highly recommend this beautiful cabin. Hosts provided wonderful communication, it was very clean and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Thanks so much!
An outstanding place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. Close to town with many nearby hiking trails. A most enjoyable experience!

Given the travel restraints at this time, we decided to all meet in Stanley and hike the Sawtooths and do a little fly fishing. Your cabin was perfect! What made it really easy for us was the large dining, kitchen, and living room area. Everything flowed easily. Also, the entry mud room was great for getting ready to hike and coming in after the hike. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time at the cabin! I was very impressed that the property manager was kind enough to mail a special blanket that we accidentally left! Overall I’d highly recommend this property to anyone!
We loved staying at the cabin. It’s conveniently located to both the town of Stanley (and delicious bakery) and the trailheads for some of the popular alpine lakes. We grilled out and ate dinner outside to enjoy the great weather. We lucked up finding this place last minute and we highly recomend it.
This is the second time we've stayed at this wonderful cabin in a quiet area of vacations homes a few miles from Stanley and Sawtooth hiking trails. The cabin is large, airy, clean, and has a well stocked kitchen and washer/drier. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom on the loft level and the deck in back.
If I bought a cabin it would look exactly like this. Can’t think of a better way to spend fathers day than hanging out with my kids playing games in this place.
