Private: property 640 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 2.5 km, bakery, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Toulon" 3.5 km, sandy beach "Le Mourillon" 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Cap Brun, Hyeres, Porquerolles, Iles des Embiez, Musee national de la Marine, Presqu'île de Giens. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room 7 m2 with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
