Villa + pool with the beach at your feet facing Presqu'ile de Giens / Porquerolles

In a private and secure area, villa located 30 m from the sea on the ground floor.
The villa has been completely renovated with some modifications of openings.
Now the living room is more spacious.
In November 2016 it was ranked 5 * by the Tourist Office of Toulon.

All rooms have sea views facing south at the foot of the cliff.
Access to the beach below is 400 m alternating coves and rocks with translucent water where fish have created their refuges. (fishing possible mask & snorkel)
On the shaded terrace around a marble table 8 to 10 people can take place.
The gas BBQ.
-The other terrace is in front of the main bedroom still facing the sea and protected by vegetation
. Pink laurels & electric blind give you shade and freshness as you are full south 'full sun'
The swimming pool (12 m x 4.40 m heated with retractable shelter out of season) with 150 m2 of teak terrace with stunning sea views in a garden of 1600 m2 with a hundred oleanders.

Located on the ground floor between the bedrooms, living room and the sea a small tropical garden adds exoticism and you have sun loungers to contemplate this panoramic view.
Ideally located you are a few minutes from the TGV station of Toulon or the airport.
Only 48 km from St Tropez and 45 km from the creeks of Cassis.
These can be visited by shuttles departing from the port of Toulon at 10 Km
 The pier for the islands of Porquerolles or Port Cros is 12 km from either the port of Hyères or the Fondue Tower (peninsula of Giens)

Tolle 3 Zimmer Wohnung (2Schlafzimmer , 1 Wohnküche mit Klappsofa) . Der nette Vermieter wohnt in der Wohnung darüber. Die Terrassen sind mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt.(Das ist in der Gegend häufig/Vorteil : grün und nicht so heiss , Nachteil:Plastik) . Man hat den Traumblick aufs Meer aus allen 3 Zimmern und den Terrassen ! Das Meer ist ca 30m steil furch Büsche und Felsen nach unten. Der Zugang zum Meer ist nicht direkt vom Grundstück aber nur ca 200 m die Strasse lang dann 160 Stufen bis zum felsigen Meer:) Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig! Man hört die Brandung - von der unteren Terasse sieht man sie auch. Der Pool ist genial und man kann richtig schwimmen, man sieht auch von da das Meer ! Überall auf dem Grundstück sind Oleander und gepflegter Garten . Die Umgebung ist eine Privatstrasse mit vielen Villen- man fühlt sich sicher! Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Das Wlan ist langsam. Sonst gibt es LTE manchmal 5G Funknetz. Wir waren im Juni da gab es abends Schnaken - man sollte die Türen zulassen und draußen Mückenschutz (zbDeet) benützen. Sonst war alles super! 👍🏽

Nice location and beautiful views with some discomfort

Nice location and beautiful views would justify for 5 stars. However there were some obstacles, which made our stay less remarkable and recreative: Despite disclosure before booking, the owner was present in the house during 11 of 21 days. While owner was very discrete, it was quite noticeable due to TV or Radio and speaking noise. Actually due to waste water calamity (not caused by any rule violation from us), the flat was not useable 24 hours and owner's reaction was questionable in the beginning of the event and without any compensation or excuse. There were 6 total power losses (mostly in the night) causing 2 times complete loss of food in the freezer. Pool maintenance (dirt on the ground) was not visible during 3 weeks of stay. Although advertised with 3 bedrooms, there are 2 bedrooms and a daybed in the living room.

Très belle région et vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Carqueiranne qui offre de nombreux commerces et producteurs locaux, mais aussi d'excellents restaurants. Pour nous, le point négatif concernant le logement est qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une maison, mais d'un appartement en rez-de-jardin d'une maison et que la partie supérieure était occupée par le propriétaire pendant notre séjour. Nous qui recherchons la tranquillité, nous avons été très déçus. Bien que le propriétaire soit sympathique, il était très présent et il était difficile de ne pas entendre les bruits à l'étage supérieur. Ce sont ce genre de désagréments que nous voulons éviter en louant une maison, or, ici, nous les avons eus. Il faut donc être prévenu à ce sujet. Cependant, la vue du jardin est magnifique et relativement unique. La maison est située dans un domaine fermé au calme. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui est très agréable et offre aussi une très belle vue.

SUPERBE ENDROIT

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette région. Soleil inattendu pour cette saison. Un 1er janvier dans le jardin et en bord de mer, à apprécier tous les jours la vue, le calme, les balades à pied sur la plage toute proche, le petit déjeuner dans le jardin, jusqu'au coucher du soleil face à la mer. Cette maison est très agréable pour sa situation proche du centre ville tout en étant très au calme sur la hauteur de la colline, surplombant la méditerrannée. Décorée avec goût et beau désign, très fonctionnelle, nous y étions à 6 dont 2 enfants, tous ravis de notre séjour. L'envie d'y revenir au printemps pour profiter du jardin paysagé et fleuri de bougainvilliers et lauriers rose autour de la piscine, que nous avons utilisée couvertre, mais qui découverte doit être un grand bonheur pour les yeux.

Une vue magnifique !!!

Un appartement en rdc trés bien aménagé. La chambre parentale très agréable. Une vue imprenable sur toutes les pièces du logement, sans parler de la piscine (en avril 27°) nous en avons bien profiter surtout les enfants. Un accueil sympathique du propriétaire. En quelques mots des vacances de Pâques de tout repos, au calme et encore merci pour cette vue.

Cette villa est en première loge sur la falaise avec une vue absolument splendide sur la mer. La villa est dans un espace avec plein de végétation. La plage privé en bas est assez chouette car il n'y a pas trop de monde, avec masque et tuba, on voit plein de poissons. Le séjour a été trés dépaysant, je reviendrai...J'ai oublié la piscine derrière la maison grande et avec aussi une vue à couper le souffle...

HONTEUX

Attention : les lieux loués concernent le rez-de-chaussée d’une maison.. Le propriétaire occupe son appartement juste au dessus. Vous avez, certes, la vue sur la mer, la piscine chauffée (pas très propre), une petite terrasse sympathique devant l’une des chambres et le lotissement sécurisé. Le reste : location sale, empoussiérée et non entretenue : frigo avec moisissures, évier épouvantable, poubelle : état honteux, sols empoussiérés et tâchés, murs abîmés et tachés, rideaux dans la chambre principale déchirés, robinetterie et accessoires non nettoyés, l’un des WC a le fond marron. Extérieur : vitrages extrêmement sales, volets non entretenus, rouillés avec fils électriques au sol qui courent le long du mur, une douille sans ampoule au dessus du barbecue et sans interrupteur ! Nous avons acheté le flexible gaz qui manquait au barbecue. La plaque de cuisson n’a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours ½ et en voulant la déposer pour réparation, le propriétaire nous a privé d’électricité pendant ½ journée dans une bonne partie de la location, le DVD mis en avant lors d’une conversation téléphonique ne fonctionnait pas non plus (le fil manquant nous a été donné 3 jours et demi après), une climatisation dont la partie chauffage ne marche pas, pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine et l’une des salles de bain le jour de notre arrivée et une autre fois également. Table de la cuisine bringuebalante, chauffages d’appoint rouillés avec étincelles éventuelles, lave vaisselle d’avant guerre et même chose pour la machine à laver, canapé sale avec vieille table en verre, table à repasser sortie du Marché aux Puces, étendoir rouillé donc inutilisable, placards avec mauvaise odeur, etc.. Et tout cela sans un dédommagement. Pas de commerce à 1 km. LE POMPON : caution encaissée sans préavis avec nouveau chèque envoyé en remplacement, déduction faite des frais de ménage ! ! ! !…

From part my activities connected to the yachting sport I looked for a house close to easily accessible Hyères thanks to the airport and to thetrain TGV to be able to come easily from Paris.
The fruit of this rent allows us to make an embellishment of the house and its garden.

What makes this property unique

The still very wild coast from the Var being the choice with the immediate presence of the Mediterranean Sea,
This site was real love at first sight which we like making discover.
A very pleasant climate a view has to take the breath away with many greenery and peace.
