About this property

Vacation home for 10 guests with 60m² in Grömitz (168435)

This semi-detached house, which was newly renovated in 2022, is now shining in all its new splendour!

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms (all with sloped ceilings), a bathroom with a shower, and a modern living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen in the main house. The living room opens onto a small patio with a fenced-in yard. Behind the house is a large yard, which is also completely fenced in. The garden features a spacious patio with patio furniture, a sun lounger, and a grill with plenty of space.

In the garden, there is a wellness cabin with a sauna, a whirlpool tub, a shower, a bathroom, and a relaxation area with a TV.
The garden also features a small sleeping cabin with a toilet and sink, which includes a double bed and a bunk bed (L-shaped) that can accommodate an additional 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children).

The staircase leading to the upper floor of the main house is quite steep and may not be suitable for small children or seniors. Please take a look at the corresponding photo here.
